SubscribeIn April this year, Nickel-Electro, the UK-based manufacturer of Clifton temperature control equipment, introduced a series of new Unheated Ultrasonic Water Baths to its popular range.
In response to requests for larger capacity baths, the range was extended to include three new sizes - the MU-8, MU-14 and the MU-22. This has proven to be a very successful move by Nickel-Electro, with the heightened demand from customers and distributors reflected in the dramatically high level of sales.
The routine cleaning of delicate or fragile components and glassware e.g. capillary tubes can result in breakage when performed manually. However, when Unheated Ultrasonic Baths are used, the risk of damage is eliminated, making them ideal for everyday use. Unheated Ultrasonic Baths are also ideal for a variety of other applications, including sonochemistry, degassing liquids for HPLC work and disruption of cells.
