Nitrilite®93-311, Ultra-Clean Plus 93-301 & Silky Ultra-Clean 93-401.
The Ansell Nitrilite glove range offers three levels of cleanliness. Produced in a controlled powder free environment, they feature exceptionally low levels of extractable and particles for excellent product protection. The 100% nitrile polymer prevents the risk of allergies related to latex proteins for the wearer. It also provides exceptional chemical and puncture resistance for further safety. All this, added to optimal electrical properties, makes Nitrilite gloves ideal for a wide range of industrial sectors, from electronics to paint shops in automotive manufacturing and biotechnologies.
Minimal contamination risks
Ansell Nitrilite gloves are tested to determine extremely accurate particulate data. This facilitates a guarantee that the glove’s contamination risk will not exceed prescribed levels. Three levels of cleanliness are available. (see table)

Recommended usage
All three Ansell Nitrilite gloves are designed for use in critical environments.
- Biotechnologies
- Manufacturing of electric/electronic devices
- Paint shops
- White goods
- Semiconductor manufacturing
Most frequent applications:
NitriliteŽ93-311 Class 1000
NitriliteŽUltra-Clean Plus 93-301 Class 100
NitriliteŽSilky Ultra-Clean 93-401 Class 10, 100
Optimal electrostatic properties
Nitrilite gloves are silicone-free, thus meeting the requirement from the electronic device manufacturing and biotechnologies industries. Their material has an excellent electrical resistivity, which is crucial for electric/ electronic device and microprocessors manufacturing. The glove minimizes micro-electrical discharges that can damage circuits. Electrical properties are at their best thanks to optimal resistivity and decay time.

Safety
Made out of Nitrile these gloves do not contain latex proteins, preventing the risk of Type I allergiers for the wearer. In addition they offer a very good chemical resistance against bases, alcohols, acids and many solvents and have an excellent puncture resistance.
Packaging
Nitrilite gloves are double-wrapped in cleanroom-compatible packaging and packed in a lined shipping carton. 10 master bags per lined carton. 1,000 gloves per case. The 93-401 model is packed 50 gloves vacuum-sealed in an unprinted polybag, two bags of 50 gloves per master polybag. All packaging and labeling is printed with IPA-resistant ink. The gloves are double bagged for superior contamination control.
